$2,000 PLUS TAX INCLUDES: Green fees daily (cart fee not included), Unlimited weekday pass for 2025 season, Priority 7-day advance tee time reservations, and Special Member Golf Events.

Complete Pass holder Profile below. All fields, contract agreement signature, and a photocopy of a valid government issued ID are required for activation on your first season pass visit. Payment in full by 3/15/2025. Applicants will be notified by a representative when application is received. Limited memberships available.

Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club – Season Pass Agreement

By signing Season Pass contract agreement before Season Pass activation, the Season Pass holder agrees to adhere to all club policies and procedures, including those outlined below. Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club reserves the right to terminate the pass without refund if the holder is found to be in violation of the program’s terms and conditions, club rules, or code of conduct.

Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club – Season Pass Conditions

The Season Pass is valid for play Monday through Friday during the 2025 season. Complimentary green fee access is subject to availability and course operating hours. Tee times are required. Tournaments, events, and the following holidays are excluded: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Complimentary green fee access applies to the pass holder only and may require photo verification. Cart rental fees are not included. Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club reserves the right to limit usage based on subsequent reservations or other course needs throughout the day. Refunds, prorations, or transfers of the Season Pass are not permitted. The terms of the Season Pass Program are subject to change without prior notice. The Season Pass will expire at the conclusion of the 2025 season.

Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club – Golf Cart Rental Agreement

By completing this purchase, I agree to assume full responsibility for any damages sustained to the golf cart while it is in my possession and accept all risks associated with operating the cart. I confirm that I am familiar with the proper operation and use of the golf cart, that I am capable of safely operating it, and that I will follow all golf cart operation rules and regulations.

Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club, its affiliates, and assignees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities of any nature that may arise during or as a result of my use of the cart.

Additionally, I acknowledge that a $100 fee will be charged for any tampering with the golf cart during my use, in addition to any costs incurred for damages as outlined above.

Wheeler Family Traditions Golf Club – Liability Notice

Please be aware that our golf course is designed to accommodate two-way cart traffic. We kindly ask all golfers to exercise caution and stay alert while navigating the course. Additionally, service vehicles and beverage carts may occasionally travel against the flow of golf cart traffic to support operational needs.

Golfers are expected to follow all posted signage and yield to oncoming service vehicles and beverage carts. By using the golf course facilities, individuals accept full responsibility for their own safety and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with course navigation.
